The first five finishers from each team count toward the overall score. Lowest combined time wins.
The Course
Both races start at Antigua Recreation Ground, St. John's. The 5K finishes at Cedar Grove and the 10K carries on to Runaway Bay, with hydration, medical, marshal and parking points mapped along the way.
